MyMind is a registered charity and social enterprise providing professional, affordable and accessible Counselling & Psychotherapy for mild to moderate mental health challenges.

  • Appointments are offered face-to-face from 11 locations across Ireland and Online. 
  • Appointments are provided through self-referral and with no waiting lists.

Individual Session Rates | Face-to-face or Online

  • Standard: โ‚ฌ60.00 per session
  • Low-Cost: โ‚ฌ30.00 per session (Supporting Document Required)

MyMind’s Low Cost sessions are made possible through HSE funding and are available to:

  • Full-time third level students
  • State pension recipients
  • The unwaged,
  • and anyone earning less than โ‚ฌ25,000 annually before tax.

Free Mental Health Support for Young People

Jigsaw is Ireland’s National Centre for Youth Mental Health, a registered charity providing free therapy and support to young people living in Ireland, working with those aged 12 to 25.

  • Support is available both online and in person, across 18 locations around Ireland.

Get Support Online

Jigsaw offers text-based chats for in-the-moment support, open to everyone, with no need to book in advance. They also run anonymous group chats with other young people, facilitated by a member of the Jigsaw Online Team.
